I got a lot done today. Stretches this morning and 100 reps of all my strength exercises, a healthy breakfast, a good bike ride to work, a good day at work, another bike ride home, and then a 14+km run in the sweltering heat. It wasn't a fast run, but it got done. It feels good to have accomplished so much. Tomorrow, I plan to try volunteering at a local bike repair place, and also to buy all the ingredients I need for a batch of heady topper clone (fingers cross that the local homebrew show has everything). Hopefully, on Sunday, I can get it all in the fermenter.
